Olympique Marseille president Pablo Longoria has insisted he will not release the striker. Arkadiusz Milik has left the team despite reports that Juventus are interested in joining the

“Zebra” squad, having been linked with the Poland striker for a while. But they are expected to take on more seriousness after Federico Chiesa was ruled out for the rest of the season. They need to reinforce their attacking hazards before the transfer window closes. The

27-year-old striker joined from Napoli on loan with an option to buy in January last year. But this shin is still unable to show his own good form. By making only one goal from 10 games in Ligue 1,

however, Longaria insists Milik is still a key player in the team. And do not think to release it in the market for this round of players

“Not at all. We said we needed a striker like this (Cedric) Bakambu to play outside the box. He is both a main striker and a second striker,” he said, when asked about the possibility of Milik leaving.

“He is a player who solved a lot of problems for us. It’s hard to find a player like this in the market these days. He is an extremely rare item.”
